RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once an order is confirmed, Nandbawa does not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, in the situations listed below, we are happy to work with our customers to provide a fair and amicable resolution.
1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please notify Nandbawa within 5 days of the delivery date by emailing us at contact@nandbawa.in
Email must include:
Order number
Image of the invoice
1 clear image of the outer packaging
2 clear images of the damaged product
Important notes:
In case of multiple-item orders, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
We do not offer refunds, but we will promptly replace the damaged product after verification.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you through the process.
2. Missing Product
If any item is missing from your order, please notify Nandbawa within 5 days of delivery by emailing contact@nandbawa.in
Email must include:
Order number
Image of the invoice
1 clear image of the outer packaging
2 clear images of the damaged product
Important notes:
- Refund requests cannot be accepted.
- The missing product will be re-sent promptly after verification.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Spoiled Product
If you believe the product is spoiled, notify Nandbawa within 10 days of delivery via contact@nandbawa.in
Email must include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging / date of manufacture
- Clear images or a video showing the issue
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or refunds due to differences in taste, texture, colour, or aroma.
- Our products are 100% natural, traditionally prepared, and handmade, so natural variations between batches are expected.
- No compromise is made on ingredient quality, purity, or nutritional value.
